Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Orlando, FL salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, manage reservations, and provide consultations.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to injuries, maintain cleanliness, and assist other departments.
- Sell merchandise/services and share wellness recommendations.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need proficiency in computers, strong communication, organization, and ability to stay composed under pressure. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays. Comfort with pets, wet environments, and moderate noise essential.
