Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Orlando, FL salon, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering top-tier bathing services while upholding safety and cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and opportunities to advance in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, greet pet parents, answer questions.
- Recommend wellness solutions, sell merchandise/services.
- Maintain safe, clean environment; address sick pets immediately.
- Assist other departments, follow policies, foster belonging.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hair-filled environments, moderate-high noise, animal handling.
