Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Oshawa store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with full training provided through our Splash program.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart's bathing training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and assist other departments.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, organizational abilities, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs+, standing, and wet/hairy environments.
