Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store operations and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain safe environments and report sick/injured pets immediately.
- Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, and uphold cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet hair/wet environments.
