Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store success through positive interactions and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure safe environments.
- Respond to pet health issues and assist across departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need pet enthusiasm, physical stamina (lift 50+ lbs), flexible availability, computer skills, and strong communication. Thrive in fast-paced, pet-filled settings with moderate noise and wet conditions.
