Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in Pace, Florida, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and teeth cleaning. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive store environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
