Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like baths, brush-outs, nail trims, and more. Uphold our vision of safety, cleanliness, and outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full grooming services per company standards.
- Ensure safe environments and respond to pet health issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet, pet-filled environments with moderate noise.
