Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Pearland salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and room for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide wellness recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure safe environments, and assist with sick pet protocols.
- Sell merchandise/services and support store operations.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need proficiency in computers, strong communication, organization, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Thrive in fast-paced, pet-filled environments with moderate noise and wet conditions.
