Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. Full-time role with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals. Depth perception required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations.
- Ensure safe environment; act on sick/injured pets, transport to vet as needed.
- Recommend merchandise/services and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level welcome. Need computer proficiency, pressure composure, organizational skills, safety focus, strong communication. Passion for pets essential.
