Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Penticton salon, deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store success through positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training for safe bathing practices.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet passion, computer proficiency, pressure handling, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal exposure.
