Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Phoenix salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and enforce safety standards.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, coordinating vet transport as needed.
- Assist across departments and participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs). Thrive in fast-paced, wet, pet-filled environments with moderate-to-high noise.
