Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Phoenix salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with full training provided through PetSmart's Splash program.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete check-in/out procedures and assist with reservations.
- Independently perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and recommend wellness solutions.
- Ensure safe environments; handle sick/injured pets promptly.
- Sell services/merchandise and support store operations.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet, pet-hair-filled environments with moderate noise.
