Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in Phoenix, Arizona, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and more. Uphold our vision of pet safety, store cleanliness, and exceptional customer experiences while recommending wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, greet pet parents, answer questions.
• Independently perform full bath/brush menu and standalone services per standards.
• Ensure safe environment; act on sick/injured pets, transport to vet if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, assist other departments.
• Participate in Belonging culture and follow all policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, exposure to wet environments, pet hair, noise, and live animals. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
