Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Phoenix salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store success through positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet passion, computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hair-filled environments, and animal exposure.
