Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Phoenix salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with full training provided through our Splash program.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain safe environments and respond to pet health issues.
- Recommend products and uphold store cleanliness standards.
Experience & Skills
Required
- Pet handling comfort and safety focus.
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and composure under pressure.
Physical Demands
Lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy environments with animals. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
