Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in Pleasant Hills, PA, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness while contributing to our mission of exceptional pet experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Independently perform full bath/brush menu per PetSmart standards; handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations.
Pet Parent Engagement
Greet customers, answer questions, recommend health/wellness products/services, and ensure positive outcomes.
Safety & Maintenance
Maintain safe environments, identify sick pets for vet transport, uphold cleanliness, and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling passion. Need computer proficiency, pressure composure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational detail, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk, exposure to wet/hair/noise/animals.
