Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Prescott, Arizona location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering top-tier salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and thrive in a fast-paced, pet-filled setting with moderate noise and wet conditions.
