Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a supportive environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend wellness solutions, and ensure safe environment.
- Assist departments, sell merchandise, and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, attention to safety, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet, noisy pet environments.
