Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering top-tier salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and proficiency in computer apps. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to pets/water/noise.
