Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and recommend health/wellness solutions.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Must lift 50+ lbs, handle pets in wet/noisy environments, and stay composed under pressure.
