Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Richmond, Texas store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and pet care excellence, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health solutions.
- Ensure pet safety, reporting issues and transporting to vets as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
