Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Rowlett, Texas location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with opportunities to advance in pet retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
• Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-in/out, and provide outstanding service in-person and via phone.
• Ensure safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and recommend wellness solutions/merchandise.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and assist other store departments.
• Follow all company policies while participating in team recognition initiatives.

Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Physical Demands

Stand/walk extensively, lift 50+ lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals. Depth perception required; reasonable accommodations available.
