Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Salt Lake City, Utah location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and maintain a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person or by phone.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to sick/injured pets, and transport to vet as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and recommend merchandise/services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
