Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our San Antonio salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a fun, pet-loving environment with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing independently.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend products.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and assist with sick/injured pets.
- Upsell services/merchandise and support store operations.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, physical stamina (lift 50lbs+), flexibility for evenings/weekends, and computer proficiency. Strong communication and composure under pressure essential.

- Recommend health/wellness products and services
- Assist other departments and follow all company policies
