Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our San Antonio, Texas location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care. Uphold our vision of pet safety, store cleanliness, and positive experiences while recommending wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person and via phone.
• Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
• Ensure safe environments, report and transport sick/injured pets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and assist other departments.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate to high noise and live animals.

Experience & Skills

Entry-level role requiring computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Passion for pets preferred; training provided.
