Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and teeth brushing. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full grooming services per company standards.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling comfort, customer service skills, organizational prowess, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet/hair-filled environments with animals.
