You'll deliver professional bathing services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic salon environment. This position demands physical stamina, customer focus, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Expect to stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), handle pets in wet/hairy conditions, and navigate moderate-to-high noise levels around live animals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive exceptional pet parent experiences through greetings, reservations, check-in/out, and personalized recommendations. Independently execute full bath/brush menus per PetSmart standards. Maintain salon/store cleanliness, ensure pet safety, and assist other departments as needed. Follow all policies while participating in team recognition initiatives.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—complete our Splash training! Ideal candidates excel in computer use, pressure handling, organization, detail-oriented safety practices, and clear communication. Passion for pets and flexibility are key.
