Key Responsibilities

• Master PetSmart’s Splash training for safe, high-quality bath and brush services including nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
• Greet pet parents, handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and consultations to exceed expectations.
• Maintain impeccable salon cleanliness, recommend wellness products, and ensure a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers.
• Respond swiftly to pet health issues, assist other departments, and drive sales through personalized recommendations.
• Uphold company policies, participate in recognition programs, and embrace our Belonging culture.

Experience & Skills

No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing for shifts, and working in pet hair-filled, wet environments with moderate noise. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays essential.
