Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Scottsdale location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, salon excellence, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure a safe environment.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
