Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Sedona, AZ location, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and teeth brushing, and uphold safety standards. Share responsibility for store cleanliness and recommend wellness solutions to enhance pet lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bathing services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vets as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise, and assist other departments.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring computer proficiency, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility, organizational skills, and strong communication. Passion for pets and customer service essential.
