Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and teeth brushing. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), handle pets in wet, noisy environments with pet hair exposure. Depth perception and composure under pressure required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full grooming services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, manage reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Identify and transport sick/injured pets; ensure safety for all.
- Sell merchandise/services and share health solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and pet passion. No prior experience needed—training provided. Ideal for animal lovers thriving in fast-paced, pet-filled settings.
