Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Spring, Texas location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
• Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safe transport if needed.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs, standing for shifts, and working in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wetness.

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, stoop, kneel; lift 50lbs frequently, team lift 100lbs+; exposed to pets, water, hair, and mechanical parts.
