Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Spring Hill Florida store you'll engage pet parents and pets delivering exceptional salon services. Uphold PetSmart's vision mission values while ensuring pet safety store cleanliness and positive experiences. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care with growth opportunities in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in check-out greet parents answer questions manage reservations.
- Independently perform bath brush nail trims teeth brushing sanitary services.
- Maintain safe environment take action on sick injured pets transport to vet if needed.
- Recommend solutions sell merchandise keep store clean assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required – training provided. Need proficiency in computer apps ability to stay composed under pressure flexible scheduling strong organization detail-oriented safety focus and excellent communication. Physical demands include standing walking lifting 50lbs frequently team lifting 100lbs exposure to wet environments pet hair moderate to high noise live animals.
