Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Sudbury store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with full training provided through our Splash program.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart's bathing training and perform full menu services independently
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-in/out procedures
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed
- Maintain cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions
- Assist departments, follow policies, participate in recognition culture
Experience & Skills
Required
- Pet handling comfort; physical ability to lift 50lbs+ and work in wet, noisy environment
- Strong communication, organization, composure under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends/holidays
- Computer proficiency
Physical Demands
Standing, lifting, exposure to pets/hair/water; reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities
- Perform full bath and brush services per PetSmart standards
