Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Surrey BC location you'll deliver exceptional salon services engage pet parents and uphold pet safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care while building customer relationships and recommending wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath brush nail trim teeth brushing and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in check-out greet pet parents answer questions and manage reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness ensure safety and respond to pet health issues including vet transport.
- Recommend sell merchandise services and assist across departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but passion for pets is essential. Qualifications include flexible scheduling computer proficiency strong communication organizational skills and composure under pressure. Physical demands involve lifting up to 50lbs frequent standing stooping and exposure to wet environments pet hair and moderate noise.
