Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Surrey, BC location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience, customer interaction, and career advancement in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products/services, and ensure safe environments.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, organizational abilities, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet environments.
