Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and sales register.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safe environment.
- Recommend products/services and maintain salon/store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy pet environment.
