Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and recommend wellness solutions. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Ensure pet safety; transport injured pets to vet if needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal handling.
