Role Overview

The Pet Bather role is perfect for animal lovers seeking entry-level work with impact. You'll deliver professional bathing services, ensure pet safety, and delight pet parents through exceptional salon experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services independently.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure a safe space for pets, associates, and customers.
• Identify and address sick/injured pets promptly, including vet transport if needed.
• Assist in other store areas and uphold company policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and comfort with physical tasks like lifting 50+ lbs in a wet, pet-filled setting. Proficiency in computers and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays essential.
