Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and drive positive experiences in a fast-paced pet retail environment. Full-time role with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend health solutions and merchandise; assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, and physical stamina (lift 50+ lbs). Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, organizational detail, and strong communication. Flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50-100 lbs, work in wet/noisy areas with animals.
