Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Tsawwassen salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-in/out, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain safe environments, respond to pet health issues, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational detail, and communication strengths. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and wet/noisy environments with animals.
