Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Tulsa store, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and uphold pet safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store success through positive interactions and wellness recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
- Ensure safe environments, identify and address sick/injured pets, transport to vet as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, recommend merchandise/services, assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal handling.
