Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Tulsa, Oklahoma salon, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, deliver top-tier bathing services, and uphold our vision of pet safety and satisfaction. Share responsibility for store cleanliness and recommend wellness solutions. This entry-level role offers flexibility and rewards your love for animals.

Essential Physical Demands

Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), work in wet environments with pet hair, moderate-to-high noise, and live animal exposure. Reasonable accommodations available.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
• Greet pet parents, manage check-in/out, reservations, and consultations.
• Ensure safe environments; act on sick/injured pets, transport to vet if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, recommend/sell merchandise/services, assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational detail, and strong communication. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays essential.
