Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in Upland, California, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person or via phone.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, transporting to vet if needed.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, and working in wet, noisy environments with live animals.
