Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role ensures positive experiences through bathing, grooming services, and safety standards in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend health solutions, and ensure pet safety.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, organizational abilities, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
