Role Overview

Our Professional Pet Bathers deliver exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pet parents and their furry companions. This entry-level role combines hands-on pet care with customer engagement, store maintenance, and safety focus in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Greet pet parents, manage check-in/out, reservations, and recommend health/wellness solutions.
• Maintain safe environments, report sick/injured pets, and assist with vet transport if needed.
• Uphold store cleanliness and support other departments as required.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet, pet-filled environments with moderate noise.
