Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy conditions with moderate-high noise. Depth perception required; reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness, ensure pet safety, and report sick/injured pets immediately.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
- Follow all policies, participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Seek strong communicators with organizational skills, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and passion for pets. Flexible availability essential.
