Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Independently perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per PetSmart standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
Safety & Wellness
- Maintain safe environments; transport sick pets to vets as needed.
- Share health solutions based on pet needs.
Store Support
- Uphold cleanliness; assist other departments.
- Follow policies and participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet passion, no prior experience needed. Must complete Splash training. Key skills: computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational detail, strong communication.
