Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in West Hazleton, PA, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and uphold safety standards. Share store cleanliness duties, recommend solutions, and assist other departments to drive positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, greetings, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, transporting to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and ensure safety.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a wet, noisy environment with animals.
