Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our West Palm Beach, Florida location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care, customer service, and salon operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person and via phone.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend wellness solutions/merchandise.
• Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling passion, strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
